Salada fria com delícias do mar
Ingredientes
1 pacote salada
8 palitos delícias do mar
1 ovo cozido
1 chávena pequeno almoço de massa cozida
Oregãos a gosto
Croutons alho e salsa
Cebola picada
1 Tomate
Sal fino
Azeite e vinagre balsâmico a gosto
Molho cocktail
Comece por cozer a massa e o ovo.
Numa taça coloque a alface, o tomate cortado em pequenos pedaços, a massa o ovo picado, as delícias do mar cortadas aos pedaços, e a cebola picada finamente.
Adicione os Croutons de alho e salsa.
Tempere com Oregãos, sal azeite vinagre balsâmico a gosto.
Sirva acompanhado com molho cocktail.

It's been a while since I prepared a cold salad, and hot days call for light and quick meals, today was one of those days! M. likes everything except liver, and R. doesn't complain either, so our lunch was light, fast, and healthy!
Ingredients:
1 bag of mixed salad
8 imitation crab sticks
1 boiled egg
1 cup of cooked pasta
Oregano to taste
Garlic and parsley croutons
Chopped onion
1 Tomato
Fine salt
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
Cocktail sauce
Start by cooking the pasta and the egg.
In a bowl, place the lettuce, tomato cut into small pieces, cooked pasta, chopped egg, imitation crab sticks cut into pieces, and finely chopped onion.
Add the garlic and parsley croutons.
Season with oregano, salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Serve accompanied with cocktail sauce.
